Watching him as Tom in Succession ...

He looks very familiar and I know I've seen him before somewhere, but I cannot think of where, nor when I look at IMDB do I see anything I remember. Maybe he just has one of those faces, though his big nose and puffy face look so punchable to me! Or maybe it is just the vibe I get when he plays Tom Wamsgams.

Can anyone think of where he is most famous from or where I might have seen him?

Ahahahaha ... I just remembered, and did not see it because here in the US the program is called MI5 ... but it is listed under "Spooks" ... where he played Tom Quinn ... did a damn fine job too.
