How is this guy not getting any work?

I see on IMDB that the only thing he has done in the last 5 years is TWD. WTF?! This guy is a pretty good actor. How he is not getting roles thrown at him left and right is beyond me.

That's really awesome of him. He sounds down to earth and grounded.
