Band of Brothers
I can only spot him in the first two episodes even though his character lived through the war. Does anyone know anything about that?
shareJimbadooboo: At no point did anyone suggest you should write a synopsis of the entire book; the question posed by the OP and reiterated by the poster you're addressing is a fair one, your response appeared fairly immature honestly considering how simple and direct the request was. Plus I would think if you enjoyed the book so much you would enjoy sharing a small element of it with others. If however you don't know or recall what happened to Sgt. Ranney, then you could've simply said so.
Back on topic, I seem to recall seeing Stephen Graham in the final scene of Curahee so I'm fairly sure he wasn't the NCO that was shifted out of the regiment (plus he is credited for 2 episodes). My best guess would be that he was wounded, or that he was simply excluded for any number of reasons, it wouldn't be a first I guess. Hopefully someone who knows for certain will come along.
