Dakota and Elle on Vanity Fair

Brimstone is arguably one of her best received performances by the critics/reviewers together with Night Moves, they were very positive, in fact Vanity Fair was one of the magazines that gave her performance a favourable review.

Her American Pastoral performance was also generally well received by the critics, which is impressive imo considering how poorly received the movie was and how impossible to portray the character Merry Levov was considered by many in advance.
