The kid stays in the picture is a great inside look at movie making
Evans is quite a character and has great stories to tell. Get the audio book if you can! He tells the story in his own voice.

It's brilliant. Only thing that is a letdown with the audio book is that it's abridged. I have no idea if there exists a longer version, but half the book is missing in the audio book version.
