Did Lexa get... um... enhanced?

I noticed on the latest Andromeda, she seems a lot bigger. Maybe it's just the postbaby, or wardrobe, or wardrobe enhancing the postbaby-ness. Im hoping she didn't, but *shrug*. Anybody?
