If there is a God...

If there is a God, David Cross will be one of Larry the Cable Guy's roasters in the new Comedy Central Roast this March.

I don't want to see ridiculous half-comedians such as Greg Giraldo, Patton Oswalt, Jeffrey Ross, Artie Lange, and Lisa Lampanelli roast Larry the Cable Guy, as in previous Comedy Central Roasts.

I want to see David Cross get on stage, and relentlessly annihilate Larry the Cable Guy.

I want to see David Cross unapologetically, unsympathetically, and systematically expose Larry the Cable Guy as the complete comic failure that he is.

I want to see David Cross make Larry the Cable Guy weep.
Then, I want to witness David Cross tasting Larry the Cable Guy's tears.

Thoughts?

Gold, sir. Gold. I peed myself slightly after reading this.

i agree with everything you said about cross and larry the cable guy. but i do sort of take issue with some of the people you called "half comedians".

patton oswalt, for one, is brilliant. and i'm pretty sure david cross would agree with me on that.

sorry. didn't mean to derail the train there.

have you read david cross' open letter to larry the cable guy (dan whitney)?

and have you seen this: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QIWO5LgUZ28

David Cross is a no talent douche and anyone who doesn't realize that is a brain dead jackass.

Enjoy the roast!

I figured I'd probably offend someone with the "half-comedian" bit, and I do agree Oswalt has been pretty good in some things, but I honestly can't believe in a comedian who would willingly participate in the abomination to humanity that is Lewis Black's Root of all Evil. I'd go so far as to say that that show is below Chocolate News on the good television spectrum. Nothing against Lewis Black, I think he's great, but that show is pure balls.

reply

ha ha. pure balls.

i'm seriously not trying to argue with ya here, but patton oswalt probably did root of all evil for the same reason david cross did alvin and the chipmunks.

it never bothers me when stand-up comedians do crappy shows or movies as long as their stand-up is still good.

that being said, i watched about 10 minutes of root of all evil when patton oswalt was on there and that's all i've ever seen of the show. i thought patton was funny, but the entire premise of the show is ... well, pure balls.

Yeah i agree with you there. I really haven't seen much of oswalt, i just see him on CC a lot with the aforementioned half-comedians, and so i just roped him in.

I peed myself

I would wager you do this quite often.

Signatures are stupid...
