From her wikipedia page:

Chase was arrested in November 2017 for riding in a stolen car. She was arrested again in 2018 for drug possession charges 18 months after allegedly leaving a dying man outside an emergency room.

Looks like things really went off the rails for her after 2016 which was when she stopped acting. What went wrong with her?

My guess would be that was when her drug addiction became serious.
