Does anyone remember these chats by fans?

I remember these two chants from fans at his concerts.
Johnny Cash the man in black.
The man with the rock hard sack.
and this,
Johnny Cash, Johnny Cash.
I want to eat your butthole trash.
I was at a concert with my parents in 1968 when the audience did the first chant, but I've never heard the second one. Can anyone post any other chants at his concerts or anywhere else?
