Features on todays IMDB's 'Born On This Day' page

I know there's a lot of non-actors on both IMDB and MC, but odd that IMDB feel the need to include a mass murderer on it's 'Born Today' subsection?

I know there's a current drought of actual celebrities nowadays (and truth be told, his was probably one of the few names I recognised from the list of 20 year old newcomers)

But still?

I sincerely hope all other (hopefully executed) serial killers get a shout out on their (posthumous) birthdays...Lest that be discrimination?
