Can he sing? He should play "Rick Astley"

Ok guys, you've been RICK-ROLLED.

But not really...

I was watching a documentary about the British pop trio of Stock, Aiken & Waterman who produced hit records for artistes like Kylie Minogue, Jason Donovan and even Donna Summer back in the day. And Rick Astley was also one of their popular artistes in their roster.

Earlier in the day, I was watching THE SORCERER'S APPRENTICE that had Jay Baruchel in it. And somehow or rather when Rick Astley appeared in that documentary, Baruchel's image just popped up in mind. And I did a mental comparison: Astley-Baruchel, Astley-Baruchel!

And it got kinda clicked. Wouldn't it be cool if there were ever feature a film showcasing Rick Astley, they should have Jay Baruchel playing him.

I mean for one thing, both Baruchel's hair and face had the similar look as Rick's back during the latter's hey day.

But it'd be even cooler if Baruchel could also sing too.
