Is it just me or does Moe seem pretty calm in the episode "A Plumbing We Will Go"?

He rarely seems angry in that short and hardly dishes out any punishment, "Plumbing" was a great episode but I felt Moe & Larry weren't given much to do in that short, I'm glad to see Moe & Larry be given more to do in the remake "Vagabond Loafers".
