At one time I had the apprehension Mare must be a superior actress to be paired with the likes of Demi and Molly.
These days I don't believe this is the case, however, I did find her refreshing in being pleasant to look at but not being exotically glamorous or unusually pretty.

Before IMDb shut down their message boards, there was a user whose mother had been in a hospital or care center. She posted about Mare Winningham making a personal appearance to sing and play the guitar for the patients there. How often does a celebrity do something thoughtful like this?
At one point I thought she had this large family of adopted kids, but I don't research this sort of stuff and glanced at something that might have indicated this isn't the case. But there was something about her persona that just seemed pleasant. She looks like she could be a relative in my family and her appearance is of a modest and wholesome person.

shareYes, I read that too. I would not blame her without knowing the real story. Children can have remarkable personality traits that don't always reflect on the parental style, but it certainly is sad.
