Plays So Many Annoying Bitchy Characters...Why?

Pretty much every character she plays she is a bossy bitch...

I get she is playing strong women but why does she always come off an annoying bitch. He look is soft but her acting is so hard and very unlikable to me. I just cant stand any of her roles... In the audio commentary she is in she comes off very sweet and nice but her acting she just comes off so hard. I want to like her characters but I have a really hard time finding them likeable.

In SGU Robert Carlyle plays Rush an arrogant jerk smartass but he is very likeable anyway. But Ming playing Camile is really hard to stomach. I just hate all of her scenes and just want to slap her in most of her roles she is so annoying.

What is up with this?

Probably the directors wanted that? Asian American actors don't have many choices for roles, she just have to accept anything being offered to her.

As long as she is nice in person, what does it matter if the only role she gets just to act as bossy bitches. A paycheck's a paycheck.
