Man, all these First World problems..

I was out of the U.S. for most of my 20's and 30's. When I came back to the U.S. I was shocked at how so many people were addicted to one deadly thing or another. I first noticed that people were extremely large, most of my old friends were either alcoholics or drug addicts. My brother died of an overdose.

These many stars/celebs who succomb to addiction are a microcosm of what's going on in America.

Sure, other countries have their problems but coming back to the U.S. I'm like "Got Damn!"
