This is a ridiculous retort.

Pearce is an actor, and puts himself out there to be seen. That also means that people can judge his looks. And no, those people do not need to be more perfect than Pearce to do so. They are not the ones on display.

And frankly, about the time he made 'Time Machine", Pearce DID look like a corpse. Seriously, he was so thin, everyone I knew thought he had a health issue. He did not look healthy.

But "Let's see what you look like, Mr Perfect." has to be one of the stupidest retorts I've seen in some time.
