Bettie Page had probably the greatest pelvis in history. Gretchen Mol can't touch her in that department. Mol is extremely pretty though.

In this day and age I'd say it would be very hard to find someone who looks a lot like Bettie and is also a very talented actress. Gretchen is as good as it's gonna get, at least right now. So, if you can distend belief and not think about how Bettie is supposed to look, Gretchen does an amazing job portraying her

Oddly, there is a woman in Boardwalk Empire who would have been curvy enough to play Bettie Page and that's Paz de a Huerta.

I say oddly because Gretchen is also in BE. I'm a fan of hers, and ODDLY would prefer to be with her to the stunning Paz.

Gretchen is IMHO more pretty than Bettie Page.

So? what can she do about not having a narrow waist? that's like telling someone their feet are too big so they need to make their bones smaller. it isnt something they can change.

anyway, Bettie is overrated (although her personality seemed charming in the movie and thankfully she seemed to have gotten saved in her old age) and I agree with the others, Mol is much more attractive.
