How?

Have to say that Katherine Heigl is a pretty good actress and has done fun, enjoyable work and has unexplicably been treated badly by the press. Why the public agrees with innuendo and unprovable heresay is beyond me. She's done great rom-coms but too bad she's been up against "fame jealousy". Reminds me of what happened to Alicia Silverstone, too pretty, to much fame too fast, too much money and people get jealous and mean.

I have to agree.
I'm a straight female but can't deny her beauty, charisma and talent. I just binged GA and it's an incredibly ridiculously written show but she rose above the sub par material and somehow made it a better show.
Whether she finds the right vehicle or not I still think she's very talented. It's easier to win the lottery or be struck by lightening then to just achieve what she's already achieved...much less those very, very few that make it to A list and are able to stay there..

I think a lot of people just hate the rich and famous, in general.. and are often full of envy to the point that nothing makes them happier than seeing someone fail or viciously tearing someone apart. It's a horrible trend.

I don't worship the rich and famous and I appreciate the fact that they're human too. I find no joy in tearing them apart for sport.
They don't really affect our lives. Their job is just to entertain us; We don't own their life or their privacy and we don't really know them.
I'd hate for every sentence that I've ever spoken to represent me the rest of my life or be taken out of context or embellished to beat me down the rest of my days.
Most people would suck with that.
