1) Ellen Pompeo from "Grey's Anatomy"
2) Michelle Monaghan from "Made of Honor"
3) Amy Adams from "Enchanted"

I know he and Ellen Pompeo obviously have the most history and overall development as a couple, since it's a TV show and the others are only movies, but I just love Patrick's chemistry with Amy Adams in "Enchanted." Their romance came from such an innocent place, and Amy is a phenomenal actress. Patrick fed off of her very naturally, it seemed.
