Which actress had the best chemistry with Patrick?

The main ones I'm thinking of are:

1) Ellen Pompeo from "Grey's Anatomy"
2) Michelle Monaghan from "Made of Honor"
3) Amy Adams from "Enchanted"

But if you think there's another movie where Patrick had even better chemistry with his female co-star, that counts too! What are your thoughts?

I know he and Ellen Pompeo obviously have the most history and overall development as a couple, since it's a TV show and the others are only movies, but I just love Patrick's chemistry with Amy Adams in "Enchanted." Their romance came from such an innocent place, and Amy is a phenomenal actress. Patrick fed off of her very naturally, it seemed.

Ellen Pompeo. Totally and completely Ellen Pompeo. From their very first scene togther, they just sparkled together and yeah, I couldn't say enough about their chemistry, which is even better now.

Besides that...I love his chemistry with Molly Ringwald in Face the Music, it's all firey and stuff. And with his costar in 20,000 Leagues.

They just click its not even like there acting is sooo natural!!

Yeah, that did sound a little creepy.

I think Ellen said on Letterman before though that she and Patrick are like brother and sister off the set.

Thank God they throw that all out the window when they act together though. Their chemistry is amazing.
