L'Oreal, why Andie MacDowell

I have nothing against Andie MacDowell. She was the typical RomCom actress of the 90s and she's still a good looking lady in her later years. But let's be real. Why is L'Oreal still using her in ads? I'm sure she's getting a heft sum every year. Did they sign a 20 year contract with her something? Thinking she would be famous forever?
I always wonder why they don't get a more relevant actress. The only reason why I still remember her name, despite her lack of major roles in the past 10 years, is because she does those commercials.
