Today marks 6 months since Bill's passing. I still cry whenever I think about him. I miss him so much.
I'm commemorating the day by sharing Altered States (1980). This was Bill's, and also Drew Barrymore's, cinema debuts. This is an excellent movie that still stands the test of time. The special effects, although dated, are still mind blowing. This film also shows that Bill has an enormous range and is not the one-note, subdued performer like some people claim he is. He could do manic just as well as he could do laid back and easy going. To me he was one of the greatest actors ever. Anyway, here's the full movie for anyone who's interested in watching it.
