What if Jerry Bruckheimer and Sylvester Stallone reached an agreement on the "Fair Game" movie adaptation?

First off, would there absolutely be no Eddie Murphy "Beverly Hills Cop", and Eddie doesn't have that opportunity to show he can carry a movie and not just be the smartass sidekick? And secondly, would there be no "Cobra" script? And does Cannon Films not sign Stallone to a huge multi-movie deal, keeping Cannon's biggest stars Chuck Norris and Charles Bronson?
