Does Hollyweird forgot that he exists?

In early 2010's he seemed to be on the roll with decent Mud, great role in Dallas Buyers Club, Interstellar and masterpiece season 1 of True Detective. And after that, basically nothing (except for Gentlemen). Some random shitty movies and some animated stuff. What happened to him?

He did True Detective also. Not even a movie. Seems like he’s more looking for interesting work than the typical blockbuster movie.

Especially with everything today be a crappy CGI comic book barf fest.
