He's back

I just read a report where Hacksaw Ridge got an outstanding ovation. Which I defiantly plan on seeing when it comes out. But Gibson was never gone. He had some alcohol issues and got into the public eye. He got arrested and blurted out stuff he will regret until the day he died said. But that hasn't stopped him. Braveheart, Lethal Weapon, The Patriot and many more. Now as far as directing Ive only seen Passion of the Christ once and never plan on seeing it again. Too much for me but an amazing film. He has overcome what he has regretfully done in the past. Now for this Hacksaw Ridge, its his official come back as a director and even a person. For people to applaud you in a room for the movie you, everyone knowing what you did and the words you said, and praising the movie you made... Thats pretty powerful, anyway you look at it. And this movie Hacksaw Ridge is gonna be really big.

I wont compare apple to apples BUT Spike Lee. I've read and heard several reports about him being a racist. Him being black and me being white, I would find that offensive. And I did BUT Do the Right Thing is one amazing movie and Ill give that to him. Summer of Sam and Clockers as well. I wont hold a grudge when it comes to rating movies. Its all equal.
