Has Mr. Cruise ever been in a "bad" movie?

The Mummy 2017 is the closest thing he's been in that was a categorically awful movie. I personally loathe Rock Of Ages but he's the best thing about that movie.

I always thought Vanilla sky was considered a bad movie, because it was panned by critics. But I think that has turned around over time, it has a decent audience score everywhere.
