Rogue One another worthless Hollywood cash-in that runs at snails pace.

Die hard fans will obviously find enjoyment in this film - entering the star wars universe again, the stunning visuals, and soundtrack... But look closely at the film itself and there is not a lot on offer.

It starts out with this awfully paced run of throwaway scenes to showcase the main characters in the story - they go far to quick to feel any emotional connection with them later on in the film.

Two large chunks of the film are worthless dialog (that sound like video game instructions) and this 'epic' beach siege at the end that clearly looks like the Atlantis hotel resort in Dubai. Once you see it in your head - you can't take what is going on seriously.

The cast are also not well put together, the main character Jyn Erso is unlikable - half her lines are rushed and predictable and her acting made me cringe. On the other hand the characters - Chirrut Îmwe (blind fighter), Saw Gerrera (dying extremist) and Orson Krennic (Empire deathstar leader) offer some great nuggets of depth but aren't in it enough to justify their full potential.

SPOILERS!!: I did enjoy however the stunning cgi restoration of Peter Cushing as Grand Moff Tarkin, but when a young cgi of Princess Leia appeared at the end of the film acting as the lead into 'A New Hope' - felt cheap and reinstated the fact that this was a cash-in film and i was stupid enough to fall for it and go see it!!

I just want to point out that there literally itsn't one thing about this statement that is true....

your basically trying to suggest "Only Hardcore Star Wars fans will enjoy it and everyone else wont like This Bad film"

and I literally Have no clue where you could possible get this, In fact its literally the complete opposite...Everyone else but Star Wars fans seem to like this film.

based on anyway you judge a movie from reviews,Scores, ratings, box office, Audience tracking...The Overwhelming Majority like this film.

The Small Minority of Star Wars fans are the only ones that actually seem NOt to like it...

So I must say, This thread is just an Epic Failure!

Your clearly trying to spin the narrative that, "This film is so bad or so disappointing ONLY hardcore Star Wars could find some enjoyment out of it"....and quite simply if you really believe that, Your just delusional or Lying.

Theres literally not one singe thing you can point to that Does NOT suggest the overwhelming majority of Critics and The General Public did not enjoy this film...

again if you wanted to try and make the case, "Die Hard Star Wars" fans are the only ones that seem to be unhappy with it.

lol so your attempt to Hate On this film and its fans fail, because You May believe "Star Wars fans are the only ones desperate enough to find enjoyment in this film" but the facts unequivocally say other wise.

The facts say 2 things-

1. The Overwhelming Majority liked this film, Not Just Desperate Star Wars Fans

2. Star Wars Fans, The same people you just tried to paint as Desperate, and would Just love this film just to love it, ended up to doing the exact opposite and seem to be the only ones NOT Happy with it.

This thread was made for 2 reasons and they both Failed miserly...You want to claim the film itself is bad and Then make fun of star wars fans because according to YOU, they are the only ones desperate enough to eat it up and find enjoyment in it.

Both of those are Unequivocally wrong.....Period

PS, I'm 30 years old and not until last last year had I ever seen a Star Wars film, nor have I had any desire to...I've now seen The Force Awakens and Rogue One and enjoyed them both.

But I'm literally in No way A Star Wars fan....I just found your thread Absurd because there wasn't one single thing about it that was true, in fact the exact opposite of what you were saying was actually the real truth.
