It sounds too obvious

It appears Mr. Kaplan is behind this but I can't help but think there's more to it. It seems vindictive. She didn't act like she blamed Red when she was telling that mountain man. She acted very matter of fact about why Red shot her. Any thoughts?

I'm just wondering if the timeline makes sense. Didn't he and his business interests/colleagues start getting hit when Mr. Kaplan was still chained to the bed and in recovery? It just seems like a VERY rapid amount of time between him shooting her, and then her being to NOT ONLY A)plan all of this, but B) put it all into action.

Even if she had already left the shack, she hasn't had time to put together such a team required to pull off some of the acts. She'd need a team of people willing to turn on Red.

You make a good point. Well hopefully the payoff(the answer of who is behind this) will be soon.

I think Mr. Kaplan is behind this. After all Red did try to kill her.

Mr. Kaplan was so loyal. Faking Elizabeth's death was good for Elizabeth. After all that's who he trying to protect.
