Should any of the following be the new rules to drinking ages in America?

1) All persons under the age of 16 are barred from drinking unless a person above the age of 16 accompanies them to a place of purchase that sales alcohol to purchase it. All persons above the age of 16 can buy alcohol legally without having a person above the age of 16 accompany them to purchase it. All they need if their id and proof of age in both situations.

2) There is no prohibition on drinking age in America, and only companies can label their drinks dangerous if consumed but not bar anyone from purchasing them.

3) The legal drinking age in America is 18 and no one under 18 can purchase alcohol legally unless accompanied by a person above 18.

4) All persons above the age of 16 can get alcohol without someone above the age of 16 accompanying them to get alcohol, but if they want to purchase alcohol by themselves they need the id of a person above the age of 16 with them with the same proof of address as them and last name in order to purchase the drinks.

5) none of the above.
