Movie Recommendations??!?!?!?! Not obvious ones.

Ok so i watch alot of movies, like alot. As im sure many others on here do as well, but i struggle to find good movies that i have yet to see but would very much like to. So i(and others im sure) need recommendations. I dont want obvious ones like The dark knight trilogy, godfather, tarantino movies, Rounders(didnt expect that one to follow the previous ones did you), ect. But they don't have to be completely out of the box either. Any help would be great, if this gets a good amount of response i will DEFINITELY check this everyday till i'm in the ground.

I don't know if you consider this an obvious one. I recently saw Hidden Figures. It was a good movie with a good message.

Hidden Figures was great. I second that one.

One movie I saw streaming was called Room. I think it's on Netflix.

Room was pretty good. All the movies I posted above are on Amazon Prime Video.

Shame (2011) and Moon (2009) are probably the two must underrated movies of the decade. Depending on what circles you frequent, they may be considered "popular," but both certainly never went mainstream.

Try "Annihilation". It's a Sci-Fi masterpiece imho, but this opinion is not shared by everyone on this board. As a matter of fact, some folks hated it. Here's the trailer:
