Buying computer as a gift need advice

I’m buying a computer for someone’s birthday. He doesn’t really game at all so graphics card doesn’t have to be fantastic. He does want it to be very fast and he wants a ton of storage. I also need to send him a prebuilt computer shipped to his house. He doesn’t have time to put one together.
