If you look at racism in America.
This societal problem isn't with the police. Police brutality can be part of the issue. I grew up in a predominantly white northern backwood suburbia. With families that could be considered impoverished American households. There are white, black, and N.A. families that are entrenched in multigenerational poverty and the racial lines that draws. Spend just a little time in prison and you'll get a real wake up call how deep racism goes on this country. It doesn't start with police it starts with poverty.share
