How could the X-Men and Mutants be introduced into the MCU?

I know it is very unlikely that the X-Men will be in the MCU any time soon and I personally happy seeing the X-Men in their own universe. But say Marvel make an offer that Fox couldn't refuse how could X-Men and mutants be integrated in the MCU?

The only way I can see it happening is if the mutant population is very small and underground, that not many people know about mutants, a bit like in X-Men: First Claas and X-Men: Days of Future Past. But the problem would be it would undermine the theme racism and prejudice mutants suffer and it would be hard for audiences to see what are mutants persecuted in a world that has Captain America, Spider-man and Iron Man.

This would only be a hypothetical, because Fox isn't parting with a cash-cow. Unless the next 3-4 X movies lost considerable cash. Which is unlikely.

MCU has already started building up the Eternals as their mutant class. So mutants would be crammed into the universe rather bluntly. It'd have to either small, or huge. The entire struggle of the Xmen is fighting for equality and against fascist mutants. The way things stand it would take quite a bit to bring that in. MCU would almost have to reboot, which isn't likely to happen before 2020

We've seen Inhumans and Celestials, but when have we seen Eternals?

In the kingdom of the blind, you're the village idiot.

Looks likes it’s finally happening, since Professor X is apparently gonna be in Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness.
