Number in brackets after names

On our profile page, there are two columns, Posts and Replies. There is some confusion among some of the users as what is the difference between a Post and a Reply since all Replies are considered Posts. And Threads are labeled as Posts on our profile.

Can we relabel Posts as Threads and Replies can either be the same or relabeled as Posts?

I'd be up for changing Posts to Threads.

Technically both are posts, but it is confusing. You can post an OP and you can post a reply. I think it'd be clearer if they were labeled Threads and Replies.
