Do you think a faithful movie adaptation of Dr. Jekyl and Mr. Hyde could work?

What I mean is one that is exactly like the book with Gabriel John Utterson as the main character and where it's not revealed til the end that Dr. Jekyl is Mr. Hyde? I would like this.
