You know, now that you mention it, I've never seen a woman have a heart-attack in a movie, or even a tv show. It's kinda dumb, because women can get coronaries just like men, we just hear about it less often.
Part of the stereotype of only middle-aged men having it comes from two sources in American society:
1 - Many men between the ages of 35 and 90 ignore previous chest/left-arm pains that were early warning signs, whereas most women (save for the few dumb ones) will go to the doctor the moment they sense something's wrong with their hearts.
2 - Women often suffer a much more dangerous form of coronary called the "silent heart attack," and some have had several attacks and didn't even know it! It's one thing to get the big scary one that makes you keel over, but the silent ones are worse.
Plus, the trope can be used as a plot device in some stories, whether for dark comedy, or for something bad happening in the story.
