I only remember one scene. It's a reform school or juvenile jail for girls.
One of the girls had a baby. I don't know if it was HER baby or she found it or what.
They took away the baby and the girls were basically rioting. They were trying to get it back. Ruining behind the car as it drove away, one of them climbs the fence and falls stomach first on the barbed wire at the top. As she screams they show the blood spattering on her shoes.
Maybe The Green-Eyed Blonde (1957) ?
