1999 game show?

I'm trying to remember a game show that I saw in 1999. It may have aired on VH-1. I might be mixing memories from more than one game show. I think it was a trivia game show with questions about music and musicians. I remember one part where you had to guess the singer from a photograph but they slowly revealed small sections of the photo. The quicker you are able to guess correctly, the more points or money you would earn. I think at one point you were put in a chair like a dentists chair and you had to answer questions while something is happening to distract you or scare you, making it difficult to answer correctly.
