Short lived USA network show (Solved)

I'm starting to think I imagined this.i vaguely remember a short lived usa network show that I thought was based on the mad magazine sketches spy vs spy.If I remember right it was about 2 rival ex spies who were neighbors and each episode one would kill the other.can't find it.anyone remember it.
