Searching an actor from a photo

Hey fellows,

in a restaurant yesterday i saw a guy that looks like an actor, but i didn't now his name. I thought ist was an actor in a tv series like sons of anarchy or weeds or something else. I know he was not the good guy, but i cant remember where i saw him.
