shareI just hope Gandhi isnt remade. Its perfect as it is!
"Andy Dufresne - who crawled through a river of *beep* and came out clean on the other side."
Brad Pitt.
shareHahahahahahaha! Maybe Brad would do as good a job (or should I use Brad's Cherman accent to say "chop"?) as he did in "Seven Years in Tibet."
FWIW, if you think there's anybody around who could equal Ben Kingsley's job, you're just spinning your wheels.
Besides which, why would you want to remake a masterpiece? What's missing from the original? A remake would be something like repainting a Rembrandt, wouldn't it?
Patrick Stewart? Granted he isn't as dark as Ben Kingsley but he does have good screen presence.
shareChristopher Walken, though he'd have to shave. his head. and learn to speak.. complete sentences. Obviously.
Opinions are just onions with pi in them.
It should be an Indian, in which case he would be unknown to western audiences since there are not many Indian actors who are well-known here. Not a white actor with a spray-on tan or whatever. Apparently some white actors were considered before Kingsley, and that's just strange.
