I have a friend of a friend who is dating a trans woman. What threw me is he doesn't consider himself gay? I have no problem with who he dates, but this confused me.

Absolutely not. I have actually seen social media videos of so called Trans Women on dates with men bragging about how they haven't revealed they are "Trans". Not only is that evil and wrong but those so called women are going to do that to the wrong guy and they'll end up getting seriously hurt or killed. Men want real Women.
