Many of the prison systems in the U.S. have work programs. They can use this money to pay back the victims families. It could help the killers gain a sense of pride and feel like they're a functioning member of society. Plus all members of the killers family would have to pay reparations to the victims family. This would be a big incentive for the parents to make sure and raise good kids.

I find this way of thinking insane and think you and everyone who may think it should commit yourselves to mental institutions. Money isn't going to help someone cope with the loss of a loved one. Plus all black people aren't guilty of murder. Why should the black people who are innocent of murder and have never been arrested for it have to pay money for things they didn't do?

Any black who demands reparations for slavery from whites must first pay reparations for:
1) Slavery, since it was black slavers who captured and sold black slaves to Americans.
2) Black crime, esp the enormous rate of murder by blacks.
Once they have paid $10,000 each, they will be eligible for, say, $100 in reparations.
They do. They are caught, tried and convicted at higher rates than white murderers and get longer sentences.
