In filter lists I turn on all of them except the language ones. Never had a problem except occasionally when buying something I have to pause it so I can get the cookies accept thing.
One thing about plastic surgery I've always wondered about is say a girl has a big beak, lots of moles and a chin like Robert Z'dar. She goes to a plastic surgeon and gets them 'Corrected'.
What heppens when she meets a guy and has kids? The poor guy will be left left wondering why his kids are so ugly.
