There's su much that could be done. In those days, I believe panties tied on the sides, that could easily have come undone as the dress/slip were going up as well.
That would have been quite amazing. I'm so surprised there haven't been more remakes with women in various form of underwear. Just panties, bra and panties, what you described.
So in the scene you described, would it have been possible for the hook to also snag either the girdle or bra on the way up? Both seems to much to ask for!

I wish they made the ending here longer as well, but at least they didn't shorten it. In all the versions, they also seem to have a problem finding good editors - I am a good one so am sensitive to this - they linger on shots much, much too long, the grandma laughing in the versions you have is one example. But then the stripping scene goes by lightning quick - what a joke!
I also bought a lot of the BT pix from around 15 years ago. Some of these were pretty good, other, not so much.
I bought both. The 2nd set mostly sucked in my opinion. That is to say, A for effort (for trying), but man, did it miss the mark. My main complaints:
* They spent a lot of time reconstructing the whole thing (18 min). I don't know how most feel, but I'm 90+ % about the stripping scene - the other scenes of her (Kitty) are cool but I'm there for the end. They should have spent a lot more effort on the end and not worried so much about the rest.
* The actress acted terribly - I've seen her in some Cosplay vids and she's good sometimes, so I have to assume she was poorly coached (or not coached at all). It may have been a money thing as you said, she's not an unknown so she may have been expensive and they had to get it done in x hours or days.
* My main issues with her - she was pouty and ridiculously overacting. I think most of us agree that Kitty's sincerity - it was totally believable that she was embarrassed, humiliated and degraded, maybe she was in realty just from acting it! - are what made the short so great. The actress in the remakes (her name, at least her stage name, is Kymberly Jane) barely seemed embarrassed, more annoyed, confused and as I wrote, pouty. Not even the slightest sense of "I can't believe this is happening to me, I have to stop it, this can't be happening", which Kitty pulled off so perfectly. With just a bit of coaching, I believe it would've been very different. Such a waste.
* They seemed to give the ending very little thought. As you wrote they should've stretched the ending out and added to it. Instead, they shortened it. In one of the versions, her dress isn't even all the way off and the prop is already being pushed in front of her. That really pissed me off.
The first was much better. It was only about 5 minutes and focused only on scenes with the mom. The ending is much, much better as she seems truly embarrassed. She's not a great actress, but pretty/sexy enough and seemed to have a much idea of the point of it all.
Yeah, I miss the LSS groups as well. I did save a lot of that old stuff, would be cool if there was a new place to post.
The yahoo group to which I belonged was just MIA one day. I was really bummed!
