Ha it was close let’s just call it a tie! At least I’m not the only one that thought of that movie!
The references to poop and cereal make me think of the movie The Road to Wellville, since it’s about the founder of Kellogg cereal and his spa resort back in the late 1800’s or so, and I seem to remember comedic references in the movie to his ideas of healthy digestive processes, like not holding in flatulence/pee/poop and instead just letting it all go when it naturally wants to come out, something funny like that.
May not be what you’re thinking of though, honestly I don’t think I ever watched the movie myself I just remember the trailers on HBO or similar movie channel all the time back when it premiered on cable.

So if I went in and told them I’d been chronically masturbating 10 times a day for 29 years, preventing me from any semblance of a normal sane life, they’d point to this and say “Sorry, come back in a year once you’ve been doing it for 30 years... or get syphilis.” Asking for a friend of course.
I’m genuinely curious what this public ivy school is of which you speak. Why would you not just state the name of the school in your post instead of being needlessly vague about it, both initially and in your follow up post?
It serves no purpose to conceal the name like this, other than to sound extremely disingenuous in your general position, and to encourage further skepticism of your self-aggrandizing credentials by those who hold differing opinions to you as well as those who agree with you.
In other words I do not fault anyone for assuming you’re lying, and if you’re as academically trained as you portray you should know exactly why they would say such a thing given the lack of specificity in your comments.

What you described sounds familiar, although I can’t say whether it’s the same film I’m thinking of or not, the Canadian part sounds plausible since I seem to remember the literal atmosphere was rather dreary a la the Pacific Northwest, so Vancouver or elsewhere in BC fits the bill.
It’s stuck in my head that the girl’s actual father or both parents caught them having sex though, and the girl gets out of bed with blood on her hands at that point from losing her virginity. The girls being friends instead of sisters could be the case and I’m Just remembering wrong, not sure.
Either way if you figure out what movie it is you’re thinking of let me know, now I’m curious about that too! Sounds interesting, I did see the original Stepfather movie back then too and I like that sort of film, heck I even liked the cheesy remake of it from several years back. Lol.
I see the similarities you mentioned but it’s definitely not the Reece Witherspoon movie. I feel like this movie I’m thinking of had a darker tone to it, I keep thinking there’s a killer in it somewhere. Thanks for the reply though!
