You're WAY over-simplifying it. Can you honestly say you'd think a heterosexual male predator is going to go through years of transitioning to commit crimes in bathrooms? These guys are primarily misogynists who wouldn't even entertain dressing as a woman, let alone becoming one.

'Ignorant' connotes somebody ignoring an issue, not addressing it. It would be 'ignorant' for them to continue living in a way they perceive to be wrong.

Apparently she was 91, but given I've likely watched her once a year for the past ~35 years, and it's kind of frozen her as a 40-something mom in that way film can immortalise somebody, it touches a nerve.
Yes, I work in offender rehab - so I do know.

The overwhelming majority of abused minors are girls, so that would indicate most of these creeps are straight men.
