I agree, it's only a movie.
Enrique was meant to appeal to Hispanic children who were also known to move all the time due to parent's jobs. Him being Hispanic is not the problem, the problem is how he comes off as pointless.
That is a pure coincidence. I'd rather be listening to J-Lo songs than the Dragon Tunes songs.
Cartoons with Hispanic characters are a thing, and they shouldn't be bashed just because they're Hispanic.
I believe it was because cartoons with Hispanic main characters exist and he had to be one of them. He might've fit in better in Disney films about Hispanic culture.
The songs in the series are forgettable.

Also reminds me of that 1999 Suburban my parents bought new in 1998 and had until 2012 because the brakes went out. Credit to GM, the vehicle still ran because the 5.7L 350 small-block V8 is an awesome engine.
Even that vehicle was built like a rock for a reason.
