Ringtone sound? Worst theme song ever? Is The Croat the weakest, most pathetic "bad guy" ever on a Walking Dead show? Brad Anderson is so much better than this story... One of the worst sequels ever made... Adrien Brody was terribly miscast.... If you like space movies... The definitive documentary on JonBenet The guy who played the weakest character on GOT is now suppose to take Brad Pitt's place?? Jacob Anderson, the worst miscasting in the history of television as Grey Worm... View all posts >

Totally agree with the length of the film. Nothing was happening in 75% or more of the shots and they didn't seem to be setting up anything except constant unknowingness. It was one of the most difficult films to sit through and I normally like these types of films. Like someone else said, this could have been an amazing 30 minute short film. Also, it seemed like we were mostly looking at still pictures or hardly any movement. Would have been a lot more interesting to watch the kids moving around the house trying to figure out what was going on. I get it, it cost almost nothing to make, but it shows and it needed a little more. Agreed, very overrated and Kubrick is one of the most overrated directors in general. Dr. sleep movie was better IMO. Totally agree. The sequel was solid. I want more Becky. I mostly agree. If the ending came together more satisfyingly, I would have been happy with the movie for the most part. My 2 major complaints was it was to repetitive. They kept repeating the same items over and over and it was just too much....at some point, it just seemed like they were filling time. Secondly, like you noted above...why did bob kill her? I believe they were trying to make it look like he had been pushed to the brink and had to get out of the room any way he could, BUT it wasn't believable at the instance, that bob had been pushed that far to murder someone. They also tried to relate it to the deaths of the kids in Germany...that anyone could be pushed beyond the brink. I didn't buy it. Concerning their age, I agree also and was thinking that the entire movie. The odd thing is Jeremy Holm who played Stanton looks younger in real life, so they made him look older for the movie. Very odd. The director does have a great movie out in 2015 called "We are still here". I highly recommend it. I've been following his work since that movie and believe he has the potential to become great. "brought some bad stuff back with her"....I love the idea. Just watched this for a second time as the images keep popping in my head from time to time and my mind tends to forget details quickly so I wanted to experience it again and see what it felt like the second time around. Again, I thoroughly enjoyed it and the images haunt me on some level. This is a VERY underappreciated movie. I can't believe there is not more discussion here about it. Just taking your word on that scene, you should consider the character was possibly racist. There are a lot of character's parents on comedies they make somewhat racist or naive. It doesn't mean the "show" is racist. Now now, no one said anything about everyone who "disagrees" with me. I said those who don't mention a homosexual relationship in the story and it has nothing to do with the story and in the last 10 seconds of the movie says btw I'm gay with the other character and the movie ends. Big difference and you know it. And you also know it was thrown in there for a real purpose that has nothing to do with the movie. Even ignoring removing white characters because I didn't play the game. My brain can't wrap around the good reviews. The first episode was one of the worst sci-fi shows I've seen. Everything was bad. I couldn't name one good thing. I can't figure out if 12 year olds are writing all these reviews or the studio hired people to pump the hell out of it. It's definitely "cringe" and not worth watching AT ALL. I understand you bailing out. There was several episodes that seemed to go no where in the middle, but for the most part it was very good and it finished strong. I am very happy I finished it and really enjoyed it.
