The atomics were probably moved there sometime after Duncan went to do the initial recon of the planet and found the best possible hiding spot for them. They would've been moved there before the Duke's family and entourage migrated over, tho. House Atraides knew they were entering a hostile world where they would face danger from both the Harkonnens and possibly the Fremen, so it makes sense to have that stockpiled arsenal handy, in case a situation arose that warranted their use. 2014 Godzilla is a masterpiece and the best Godzilla movie ever. 2019 had great visuals and action scenes, but the human characters nearly ruined the movie and were mostly annoying af (sans Mr "Let them fight" and Charles Dance). Haven't seen Godzilla Minus One yet, but I liked Shin Godzilla too and by all accounts, GMO is even better. 1998 Godzilla is a pile of dog shit with nothing good in it, except Jean Reno's character. If I could find and burn every copy and trace of it online and offline, I happily would. Hope this helps. I'm not the biggest fan of your sense of humor, millsey (my professor said, plot hole etc). But you show a lot of promise and commitment to trolling, and as a part-time troll myself, I respect that and hope you'll hone your craft to achieve greater heights. Give my regards to your professor. Correct you are, sir. Have edited the title, ta. Haha! Good point about doing it in the right company, I agree. While on topic, Kevin Spacey does great impressions of Al Pacino and others - lots of clips in YT. Descriptions are a bit misleading and always make the plot sound way better than it usually is haha. That's why I prefer spoiler-free word of mouth reviews from the people here. Thanks (and sorry for the late reply). I don't mind slow movies and will watch even movies rated around 4 if it's a horror.
I didn’t feel Wallace played as an elite intellectual who’d been accepted to a top tier Boston law school. He played his character a little too goof ball with he shaved head...
I've actually known a couple of guys like that when I went to university in Australia. They came from a farm and were smart boys, but talked and acted more blue collar esp. at home and around their parents' employees. Same thing with Wallace's Charlie - the movie made it clear that he loved his brother and wanted to be close to him and live that life, rather than be intellectual or a white collar type like his father. He wouldn't have fitted in with the crew if he talked and acted like a corporate executive. I thought he played the part well. He was a bit goofy at times, but I just took it as him being a happy 22 year old joshing around among friendly company as one of the boys, rather than take the alternate route of pursuing a degree when his heart wasn't in it (which would've slowly destroyed his soul). As for the rest, yes, I agree, it could've done with a tighter edit and runtime. Didn't care for JO's character much either. Overall, I didn't think this movie was amazing or anything, but it was enjoyable and well above average in this current climate of so many unremarkable, lackluster duds just getting churned out like it's an assembly line. The complete lack of any political BS also definitely made it more likeable for me. Glad you liked it. Cuckwalski getting shat on like a San Fransisco sidewalk in this thread lol He's passionate, though. Here he is (foreground) appreciating a baby Yoda funko pop gift from his wife (background) https://postimg.cc/bGcv6t16 YW, hope you enjoy watching it. It seems to be getting unfairly panned for some reason - maybe people are expecting it to be an action movie. Let me know your thoughts after. The funny thing is, they wouldn't accept him. Feminists despise white knighting simps like Cuckwalski even more than they do the average man lol. Simps really are at the bottom of the ladder. Imagine how dumb you must be, to stand up for people who hate you and think you're a creep. Your brother is right (New Vegas was released after 3 and before 4) - you should give it a go, you'll love it. It's an amazing game and has 4 great DLCs as well. The whole story / plot is really good, the music and soundtrack is among the best of any video game and it's a retro futuristic setting in the Mojave desert. The game play is also very fun due to the VATS system (where you can pause before you shoot to select targets or specific areas of a target, like the body parts of an enemy). It is voiced by some good actors, incl. Matthew Perry, Ron Pearlman and Danny Trejo. Fallout 4 is also good, as is Fallout 3, but New Vegas is just in a league of its own and a near perfect game. Seriously can't recommend it enough. Hope you play it and enjoy it as much as all of us who've played it have. I'm a huge gamer and it's on my top 5 games of all time. https://www.imdb.com/title/tt1706601/ - highest rated among the fallout games Didn't know you were a gamer. Have you played Fallout New Vegas? It's my favorite Fallout game. Who cares about Lo mein when you've got Gabagool? That was my old account. No worries if you like Dishonored more, I can see why. I too like the game very much, but still love TDS. The 'Robbing the Cradle' level which was super spooky, dialogue, factions, voice acting, music and even the font were all top notch and amazing for a game released in that time (20 years ago). Not that there's much to complaint about Dishonored either. I will say that I liked the first 2 over Death of the Outsider. Anyway, shall we gather for whisky and cigars tonight? Yes haha, I need to keep up :p They could've tried making it more appropriate for today's political environment - have Statham commit suicide in the beginning from the scam (cis white males are useless anyway) and then make an enraged Phylicia Rashad go on a rampage. Think about it - an old black woman who weighs around 120 lb beating the shit outta the navy seals and private security guys with her bare hands, disarming them on the move and just tearing her way through to the president in the White House. There is no difference between men and women, and anyone can identify as anything anyway. So PR just identifies as an army of one and WHOOPS ASS!!! God knows we could do with a movie showing how powerful women are for a change in this cis het patriarchal society. Maybe make her gay too, for an extra serving of stunning and brave. Has Kathleen Kennedy taught us nothing? In the 90s, this would've been a Steven Seagal movie and even funnier because of the man. Cheesy af but yes, wasn't too bad overall. The female cop, her partner and the main villain were all awful tho. The bee-centered dialogue also didn't land most times. Cuckwalski is a big fan of Star Wars.
